CAD schematic entry

Before a PCB layout can begin your circuit design has to be imported into the CAD tool.  This can be achieved in many different ways.  Here at Vital Sines we can either create a CAD schematic from your sketches, import/convert your own CAD schematic into one of our layout tools or work straight from a netslist that could come from any CAD source.

Intelligent net attributes added at the schematic stage ensure that your design will satisfy the toughest of design specifications.

We have extensive component footprint libraries all of which are tried, tested, created and checked to IPC and manufacturer's guidelines.

High quality data

We provide you with the highest quality data files of the completed design.  Our regular interaction with industry leaders in PCB manufacture ensure that a board designed by Vital Sines will pass through the fabrication and assembly process without a hitch.

With eCadstar and Altium we now provide 3D mech STEP files of the finished board assembly for your mechanical or industrial designer to import into their final product models. All components in our Part library have accurate 3D models.

Enclosure design & modelling

It is now very straight-forward to import an enclosure design into the PCB CAD tool to check for compatibility with things like hole locations, board outline and component heights.

By assembling the product 'virtually' before you even commit to production can save you money, time and give you peace of mind.
